Meet the Award Winning Chef's

INFINITII Head Chef - Mamrej Khan

We are proud of our Head Chef ‘MAMREJ KHAN’, who in a 25-year career has admirably worked in restaurants across the world including the 5 star Taj Hotels in Chennai, The Rose Garden in the Maldives and the Deluxe Palace Hotel in Bahrain.

Award Winning Chef, Mamrej Khan, then arrived in the UK to work as the Head Chef of the famed Lasan group of restaurants in Birmingham. (Named best local restaurant by Gordan Ramsey’s The F Word).

Mamrej won a string of awards during his tenure at South-West England’s finest restaurant group, The Mint Room, whilst consistently remaining in the Michelin Guide and was named one of the 10 best chefs in the city in its Good Food Awards.  

INFINITII Pastry Chef - Anthony Gomes

INFINITII is now proud to announce we have a Pastry Chef ‘Anthony Gomes’ on board to now produce all our desserts in house. With over 20 years of front-line experience in food and Beverage Department of the Hospitality Industry (mainly in 5 star and 7 star hotels and resorts in India and Dubai and Scotland ) . He has  in depth knowledge of handling and preparation of all types of confectionery and bakery items as per 5 star hotel requirements.

Gomes is from a 5 Star hotel background from working in hotels such as the Hoxton – London, Sanderson Hotel – London. 

He has many ideas in place with in-house petit fours, pastry, desserts, cakes, birthday and special occasion cakes and Indian Afternoon Tea. 

INFINITII GM - Jacobo Gonzalez

Our Spanish General Manager has a wealth of experience front of house with previous experience within the big CDG group. He has one one objective to ensure INFINITII vision of delivering an industry leading excellent dining experience. 

NOW – INFINITII is about the sensory joys of a new modern Indian era cast in a new light. The first Indian restaurant in Staffordshire to enter the world of gastronomy complemented with an Indian infused Cocktail & Gin Bar. Explore new grounds with dishes to be enjoyed embracing organic, veganism and the health conscious person in mind. We use olive oil for cooking.

A modern twist on the flavours and textures of India, combining and celebrating diverse regional methods of cooking techniques, with the tandoor at the heart of the kitchen. 

We have a vision to establish a brand that continuously evolves being authentic and creative whilst breaking out the boundaries of ‘British-Indian food’.
